I'm going to admit that I am pretty new to MMA. I'm into karate but until lately I didn't see the appeal of MMA. Can anyone give me a quick rundown so I understand a bit better what's going on?
I am all about MMA. It uses the best of all martial arts worlds to create these ultimate fighting machines. It is such an intricate and detailed sport that is so brutal. Fighters can use any number of styles from karate and judo to wrestling and boxing. It's basically no-holds-barred fighting, practically to the death. There are very few rules-- mostly just about weight classes and gloves, as long as you aren't amateur. If you are serious about karate, it shouldn't take very long before you're addiceted to MMA.
MMA is wicked awesome! I seriously can't watch enough of the stuff.
MMA takes a mixture of many fighting styles. It is awesome!
I love mma. My dad and I watch it together and it is so awesome.
