Josh Quayhagen is a lifelong karate practitioner and Open Circuit USKA and PKC champion. Josh has found success in making the most of each strike and is known for extremely powerful strikes. Josh can knockout opponents at anytime with either punches or kicks, a versatile mix that keeps his opponents on edge. Josh runs his own training facility where he emphasizes health, fitness, faith and exemplifies the values of karate. In his spare time Josh is a youth pastor at a local church in Lake Charles, LA.
