Karate Combat is the world's fastest growing professional combat sports league and the first sport filmed in front of 3d cgi rendered in unreal engine. the league generates over 4 million views per event and is distributed on the top sports channel in over 100 countries.  

the league has recently signed a large sponsorship with an evm-compatible blockchain to launch to develop the league as the first community-controlled sport, with a novel governance & utility token mechanism designed for sports fans.

our new founding growth hacker will be responsible for designing the league’s airdrop strategy, running cohort analyses, working hand-in-hand with the league’s founding product manager to iterate onboarding and front-end flows, generating god-tier narratives and memes, developing a shitposting strategy, and collaborating with karate combat’s social media and marketing teams.

this role will be full-time and remote. compensation will be web3 market-rate, including salary, benefits and tokens.

-required experience-

• established, energetic presence in web3 ecosystem - ct, discord, telegram
• web3, web2 or dtc experience with cohort analysis, a/b testing, landing pages, marketing copy.
• 2+ years working or investing in defi/gamefi.
• nansen, dune analytics, etherscan.
• crypto-native obsessive.

our new founding web3 community manager will be responsible for establishing and managing discord, forum and telegram presences, fostering an extremely welcoming, authentic and positive vibe, encouraging proper crypto opsec, identifying community talent, designing customer support workflows, marshaling and hiring community resources, collaborating with karate combat’s social media and marketing teams and coordinating with the fighter services team.

this role will be full-time and remote. compensation will be web3 market-rate, including salary, benefits and tokens.

-required experience-

• extremely high emotional intelligence.  love for other humans.  beautiful personality.
• experience in community management or customer support.
• established, energetic presence in web3 ecosystem - ct, discord, telegram.
• 1+ years working or investing in defi/gamefi. 
• spanish or portuguese as a second language a plus.
• passion for mixed martial arts.
• knowledge of good crypto opsec.
• extremely online.
